Osterita, “L’Osteria di Rita", was born in 2024 from an idea by Matteo Sivero, the project gives life to the restaurant that grandmother Rita has always dreamed of: the perfect combination of the poor and peasant culinary tradition from which ours derives Italian cuisine, with the innovation and creativity that distinguishes Sivero.
